Referees bosses have admitted to Premier League chairman that there have been four VAR blunders so far this season.

The mistakes include two penalties which were not given for West Ham United and Manchester City, a Newcastle goal that should have been disallowed for offside and a missed red card for Leicester City's Youri Tielemans - a meeting in London was told.
